Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Tier

FundedMind offers a free tier with access to all features, subject to a daily usage limit. No payment is required for the free tier, so no refund policy applies.

2. Pro Subscriptions

FundedMind offers two paid subscription plans: Pro Monthly ($24/month USD) and Pro Annual ($149/year USD). Both plans provide unlimited access to all features with no daily limits.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Click “Manage Subscription” to open the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel your plan. No reason is required and there are no cancellation fees.

4. What Happens After Cancellation

When you cancel, you keep full Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. Your progress, XP, streaks, and all learning data are preserved regardless of your subscription status.

5. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Because you can try every feature on the free tier before upgrading, and you can cancel at any time without penalty, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments. When you cancel, you retain access for the remainder of your paid billing period.

6. Billing Cycle

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually). You will be charged the subscription price in USD to the payment method on file. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal date.
